The 11th Congress will be held under the theme “A New Growth Path for the Clothing, Textile, Footwear & Leather Industry”. Approximately 700 delegates, guests and staff members are expected to attend.  Mr Vavi is expected to deliver a speech which will cover COSATU positions on current socio-economic and political challenges facing the labour movement in South Africa.
